The brief began with chauffeur bookings. As the visit took shape, the client needed more of the itinerary brought together without adding more points of contact.
IDWT coordinated airport assistance, personal security, private dining and personal appointments alongside ground travel. A Blue Mountains experience connected two helicopters and a guide with the wider schedule.
As the requirements expanded, the client continued to work through one team. Each arrangement formed part of the same visit, with ground movements connecting the experience.
