Welcome to IDWT COLLECTIVE PTY LTD a premier chauffeur service based in Australia. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you not agree to these terms, please do not use our services

Definitions

Key Terms

Client : The individual organisation that utilises transportation services, including customers who book rides, booking agents who facilitate arrangements, and passengers who are transported.

Services : The range of transportation options and related products offered by IDWT COLLECTIVE PTY LTD, encomposing various ride types, vehicle selectections, additional amenities provided to clients.

Booking: The process of reserving a trip or transportation service, which may include selecting dates, times, destinations, and specific vehicle.

Chauffeur: The professional driver responsible for operating the vehicle and ensuring a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for the clients during their journey.

1. Acceptance Of Terms

By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy

2. Services Offered

IDWT COLLECTIVE PTY LTD provides professional chauffeur services, including but not limited to airport transfers, corporate transportation, special events, and daily hire services. All services are subject to availability.

3. Waiting Times

To ensure a seamless experience, we offer complimentary waiting times as follows:

Domestic Airports: 45 minutes complimentary waiting time from the scheduled arrival time.

International Airports: 60 minutes complimentary waiting time from the scheduled arrival time.

Point-to-Point Trips: 15 minutes complimentary waiting time from the scheduled arrival time.

Once the complimentary waiting time is exhausted, the following waiting fees will apply:

Executive Sedans: $1.67 per minute

Luxury Long Wheelbase sedans: $2.50 per minute

Luxury SUVs: $2.00 per minute

V-Class People Movers: $2.34 per minute

Executive Sprinters: $3.34 per minute

4. Additional Fees

Additional fees will apply for the use of child safety seats as follows(cost is per seat):

Installation and use of Baby Booster Seat: $10

Client are required to in for us upon booking if they require any child safety seats to ensure availability. Additionaly, clients must notify us of the age, approximate weight, and size of the child requiring the body or booster seat.

Bookings that commence between 23:30 and 06:00 will be subject to an after-hours surcharge of 20%.

Peak Demand

During key holiday periods in Australia, including but not limited to Christmas, New Year's, Australia Day, and Easter, booking may incur an increased fare due to peak demand. This adjustment will be communicated at the time of booking or in advance where possible.

5. Additional Requests

While our Chauffeurs may be able to accommodate additional requests, please not that extra charges may apply. If a request cannot be accommodated, the chauffer will notify dispatch, and a new booking with the appropriate requirements may need to be made at an additional cost. The original trip will be charged at 100%.

Additional stops are allowed; however, the chauffeur will notify dispatch, and additional charges may be added to the booking.

6.Client Obligations

Client must provide accurate and complete information when booking a service.

Client or passengers must act in a safe manner at all times during the trip.

No drinking or smoking is allowed in the vehicles.

Alcohol is not to be consumed on board.

Clients are responsible for arriving at the designated pick-up location on time.

Clients must notify us of any changes to their booking as soon as possible.

Cleaning fees will apply if the vehicle is left at a bad state, which may include excessive dirt, stains, or damage

Clients will be responsible for and must pay for any damages incurred to the vehicle during the duration of their hire.

7.Booking and payment

-  All bookings must be made through are website or via email at idwtcollective@gmail.com

-  A valid payment method is required to confirm you booking.

-  Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

--  Cancellations may incur fess as outlined in our cancellation policy.

8.Chauffer Conduct

Our chauffers are required to adhere to professional standard of conduct, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for the clients.

Inappropriate behaviour by clients may result in the termination of the service without refund.

9. Limitations Of Liability

IDWT COLLECTIVE PTY LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages crising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any claims related to privacy breaches.

At IDWT COLLECTIVE PTY LTD, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services.

Insurance: IDWT COLLECTIVE PTY LTD maintains appropriate insurance coverage for the services provided.

Safety Policies: Our chauffeurs adhere to strict safety protocols, ensuring a secure environment for all clients.

17. Code Of Conduct For Clients

Clients are expected to act responsibly during services, prohibiting smoking or consumption of alcohol without prior approval. Disrespectful behaviour may result in termination of service without refund.

18. Lost Or Damaged Property 

IDWT COLLECTIVE PTY LTD is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property left in the vehicles. Clients are encouraged to take their belongings with them at the end of each trip.

19. Special Requests And Accomodations

Clients can make special requests for services or amenities. Additional charges may apply based on the request. All special requests are subject to availability. 

20. Force Majeure

IDWT COLLECTIVE PTY LTD will not be held for any failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, or political unrest.

21. Severability

If any part of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply.

22. Acknowledgement of Terms

By booking our services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
